This is a working horse and cattle ranch complete with extensive crossfencing for cattle rotation in improved pastures, horse-friendly fence made of 3" aluminized tubing, an arena(120x240), and round pen.  The improved pastures can provide enough hay production to sustain your cattle or horse operation through a dry season.

Two creeks border the ranch on three sides and merge to form another creek in the back of the property. The creeks have many picturesque places to admire nature.
